Nancy Drew: Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake Hints
Help! Fire!
of 13: You awaken inside the little shed near the cabin. It's on fire! Who could have done this to you? You are helplessly tied up, but can still kick with your feet.
of 13: You need to get the scythe down so you can cut the ropes around your hands and feet. Noticing that the fire is spreading quickly to the gasoline can, you know you need to work fast and get out of here before the gas can ignites.
of 13: Franticly kicking randomly, you notice that you can affect a number of things in the shed. Hopefully you have discovered all of the things you can affect.
of 13: You can affect four things in the shed by kicking them. What are the four things?
of 13: You can affect the shovel repeatedly, making it fall back and forth. You can affect the garden gnome once, knocking its head off. You can affect the car jack once or twice, raising it. You can affect the pesticide can repeatedly, making it shoot out bug spray. Now, what order should you do these things?
of 13: Start by kicking the shovel, so that it falls to the left.
of 13: Then kick the garden gnome, knocking its head onto the car jack. (These two may be reversed.)
of 13: Then kick the pesticide can, making it shoot flammable bug spray onto the rag that is draped over the handle of the shovel. The rag should ignite. If it does not, wait another second or two for the fire to spread onto the rag.
of 13: Then kick the shovel again, so that it falls to the right. The burning rag ignites a small barrel high on a shelf.
of 13: Then kick the car jack, raising the gnome's head enough to bump a rod upwards that bumps the barrel. It rolls along the shelf to the right, dislodging the scythe. You are then able to use the scythe to free yourself.
of 13: You can't just let the shed burn, you need to try to save it. What should you do?
of 13: Run to the well and take the bucket full of water from there. If you did not leave the bucket full of water earlier, you must take the time to fill it now while the fire burns.
of 13: Run back to the shed and douse the flames. Depending on how long the shed has been burning, you might be required to fill another bucket of water and douse the flames again.
