How do I drop the fill rate?
1 of 6: Can you find a way to unlock valve 4 on the right side of the pipes?
2 of 6: The unlocking mechanism is right here, and you have already seen it.
3 of 6: Return to the left side of the pipes, and turn the wheel of valve 1. Now return to the right side of the pipes and try turning the wheel of valve 4. The valve is now unlocked.
4 of 6: When you turn it, does anything happen?
5 of 6: Turning it doesn't appear to do anything obvious, but have you checked the display?
6 of 6: Turning the wheel of valve 4 on the right side of the pipes changes the "Fill Rate" from a plus to a minus. This will stop the water tank from being filled if the water were to be emptied.
