How do I drop the water level?
1 of 11: Can you find a way to operate valve 3 on the right side of the pipes?
2 of 11: It needs a proper wheel. You must look for it.
3 of 11: Turn around and look at the closed passageway door. Do you see anything here?
4 of 11: You see the missing wheel, just lying there. Take it, return to the right side of the pipes, and fit the wheel onto valve 3.
5 of 11: Turning it doesn't seem to work; the wheel just spins on the valve. Can you think of a way to firmly attach the wheel to the valve?
6 of 11: What about that hole drilled through the valve? Could that have something to do with it?
7 of 11: Perhaps something could be slipped into that hole that would firmly anchor the wheel to the valve.
8 of 11: You have something in your inventory that would work.
9 of 11: You still have the screwdriver. Slip that into the hole.
10 of 11: You should now be able to turn valve 3 on the right side of the pipes.
11 of 11: When you turn it, the "Water Level" display changes, and you hear water draining out of the tank. If you had not dropped the fill rate earlier, you would be hearing the tank refilling now.
