1 of 2: Yes, you should, especially since no one else appears to be available in the park right now.
2 of 2: You run the riddle by him, and he figures it out. He deduced that "four-bit" is really "quarters", since two-bit is the old slang for quarter. And "day" is really "dae", as in "sundae". He then remembers that the restaurant in the Captain's Quarters Hotel serves a dessert called a Fundae that comes with a silvery spoon as a souvenir. Pretty smart, Elliott!
