Nancy Drew: The Haunted Carousel Hints
Where can I find the key to the hidden door by the radiator?
of 15: Have you asked Harlan about it?
of 15: He's still mad at you, and won't speak to you. Eventually though, he's bound to calm down, and you can ask him again. Skip him for now.
of 15: Have you asked Ingrid about it?
of 15: Ingrid believes that such a door could be cursed. She tells you pointedly that some doors are not meant to be opened.
of 15: Have you asked Elliott about it?
of 15: Elliott suggests you ask Joy. He reminds you that Joy's father used to have secret projects going on in the park, even after he sold his interests to Paula Santos, so perhaps the door has something to do with him.
of 15: Have you asked Paula about it?
of 15: She warns you against going in there unless it's absolutely necessary. Parts of that building are very old and rickety, and opening this door could be very dangerous.
of 15: Have you asked Frank and Joe Hardy about it?
of 15: They look up Rolfe Kessler on the Internet and tell you that Kessler always said if any of his carousel horses were separated from the others, bad luck would follow. They don't believe in curses, but they still warn you to be careful.
of 15: Well, it looks like everyone thinks you should stay away from this door. Should you listen to everyone?
of 15: Suddenly, Harlan pages you, asking you to come to the security office.
of 15: Before you leave the security office, ask Harlan about the hidden door by the radiator.
of 15: Harlan says he and the other guards don't know about any secret workshop. Nor does he believe that the device you found under the carousel could be anything other than a toy that fell out of some kid's pocket.
of 15: You leave the security office with the mysterious key -- perhaps the key to the workshop! What do you think, should you go try the key in lock you discovered by the radiator?
