of 12: Days of the week are included in Edgar's Journal.
of 12: In ancient history, days of the week were attributed to various beings and things. Each day was assigned its own planet, astrological sign, color, gemstone, metal, tool or weapon, elemental, god and angel. For identification, written symbols were used for the planets, astrology signs, metals and other attributes.
of 12: This lock requires an Angel (commuter), a Genesis (planet) and a Mayon Rex (metal) for a particular day of the week.
of 12: On the top left Commuter dial, find the one that matches the strange markings in Edgar's Journal for the particular day. The planet (Genesis) for that day should be selected on the bottom center dial.
of 12: For the metallic symbol, refer to the large poster on the wall of the outer room.
of 12: Find the correct figure and look at its feet to find the proper metal symbol.
of 12: Armed with all of this information, you can open what is often called the Saturn Lock. (Keep reading for the full solution.)
of 12: Saturday is assigned the following: The planet Saturn with its symbol (a lower case h with a cross at the top) and the Angel Cassiel. Lead is the metal and its symbol looks like 2 X's above each other. Select each of these on the appropriate dials.
of 12: When the center section opens, use the multi-pronged key (found with the medallion) on the opening.
