1 of 9: You have to pull down the fire ladder to climb up.
2 of 9: Find something long and stable enough to pull down the ladder.
3 of 9: Go inside the building to look for hotspots.
4 of 9: There is an iron rod loose on the stairs. Take it.
5 of 9: Use the iron rod to break open the door.
6 of 9: Inside the adjacent room, tear off the wallpaper to reveal a ramshackle wall.
7 of 9: Use the iron rod on the ramshackle wall to enter a utility closet.
8 of 9: Inside the closet you can find a broom.
9 of 9: Use the broom on the fire ladder outside to extend (and fix) it.
