What exactly do I have to do?
1 of 6: First open the cover by clicking on it (hold the mouse key until the wheel is shown) and choose "open".
2 of 6: Then search the hotspot for the motor and look at it.
3 of 6: Look at the V-belt and then take it.
4 of 6: Open the inventory with a right-click and tie the belt.
5 of 6: Click on the belt once to use it and then click on the impeller.
6 of 6: Start the fogger after the view changed. (Search for a hotspot with the "<<" symbol if the game stays in detail view.)
