NiBiRu Hints
Day: I can't seem to make anything happen -- what do I do?
1 of 13: The first task will be to talk to everyone you can -- about everything. This could mean talking to one character, then speaking to another character (or looking at an object) and then returning to speak to the first character again.
2 of 13: There are four locations that you can visit at first. The gate (where you start). If you walk up near the center of the screen, you'll reach a bridge. From there, walking towards the (top) right of the bridge screen takes you to the trailers. And walking towards the right of the trailer screen takes you to a location outside the mine. At three of these locations (all but the bridge) there will be at least one person to speak with.
3 of 13: The character you will need to speak with the most -- and return to after speaking to others -- is the man sitting outside the trailer.
4 of 13: Starting with the man outside the trailer, speak to him once and continue through the conversation until the end. Then speak to him again. There will be three conversation options at the bottom left of the screen -- major, trailer, mines -- select each of them, in turn.
5 of 13: Stasek (the man outside the trailer) will speak to you more, if you have questions about something interesting that you have seen.
6 of 13: More specifically, be sure to walk to the location outside the mine. Visiting this location is a trigger to being able to ask Stasek about the mine. Also...
7 of 13: ... look at the cabin just to the left and behind the trailer where Stasek is sitting. Trying to get inside the cabin is a trigger to being able to ask Stasek about the cabin.
8 of 13: You will also need to speak with the guard at the mine.
9 of 13: Be sure to speak to him not just once -- but three times. The second two conversations will give Martin a chance to ask specific questions about the topics shown at the bottom left of the screen.
10 of 13: If you haven't already, also be sure to speak to the Major (he's near the gate where you began this area).
11 of 13: You'll need to speak to him at least twice.
12 of 13: Don't forget to speak to the guard at the gate.
13 of 13: Then go back to speak to Stasek again. If all the steps have been completed, the scene will change to night.
