1 of 4: Think about how you knew which apartment you want to enter.
2 of 4: Each apartment is identifiable, i.e., as to which and whose it is.
3 of 4: Look at the door to Simon Ruby's apartment. It has his name and the number "17" on it -- doing this will activate the letterbox for number 17.
