How can I re-encode my keycard to Type 8?

  • 1 of 13: You're going to need to repeat the process you used last time you wanted to re-encode it.
  • 2 of 13: Thankfully, there is another re-allocation machine located somewhere within The Elysée.
  • 3 of 13: It's in room 8, just off from the large main hall.
  • 4 of 13: Insert your keycard into it, and select type 8 at the upper-right. This will show you the correct pattern.
  • 5 of 13: Now you simply need to match the patterns again.
  • 6 of 13: Use the hexagon at the very top, label this A.
  • 7 of 13: The hexagon below this will be B.
  • 8 of 13: The hexagon to the right between the two will be C.
  • 9 of 13: And the hexagon below C will be D.
  • 10 of 13: The eight switchers at the bottom will be labeled 1 to 8 from left to right.
  • 11 of 13: Press 'em in this order:
  • 12 of 13: D 7 3 B 7 B D C 2 8 C A.
  • 13 of 13: This will re-encode your card to the highest type -- type 8, and allow you to access the armory.
