How can I assassinate XB2?

  • 1 of 16: You're going to need to do a typical military kill-job here.
  • 2 of 16: Assassinate him.
  • 3 of 16: With a rifle.
  • 4 of 16: This is going to need to wait until you've gotten into the armory.
  • 5 of 16: After you have, you're going to need to select the appropriate rifle for the job.
  • 6 of 16: Once you've chosen the BAR-89 (the most suitable gun), head back to the balcony, where you've got the best view of his apartment.
  • 7 of 16: To get there, you'll need to have bypassed the mattress-blocked door.
  • 8 of 16: Now, point the rifle at his apartment. Hmm, can't see him?
  • 9 of 16: All we can see in there is a telephone on the wall.
  • 10 of 16: Perhaps there's a way to draw him to the telephone so that he would be in our line of sight.
  • 11 of 16: Find a phone, and place a crank call to his apartment.
  • 12 of 16: The mobile phone can be found inside, in the computer room where all the monitors are.
  • 13 of 16: Now head back to your sniper spot, and use the phone to place a call to XB2's room.
  • 14 of 16: It's "Invited Apartment 1".
  • 15 of 16: He will move to the window to answer the phone. Take that opportunity, and take the shot!
  • 16 of 16: Aim at him, and shoot. If you miss, you're screwed, but don't worry, the game let's you start over from this spot.
