Nine: The Last Resort Hints

There is a locked door at the top of the stairs, how do I open it?

  • 1 of 16: Examine the door closely.
  • 2 of 16: Looks like there is a keyhole just below the doorknob.
  • 3 of 16: Have you found a key anywhere in the Mansion?
  • 4 of 16: If there isn't a key to be found, maybe one of the Resort's residents has one that you could borrow.
  • 5 of 16: Have you talked with the Resort's staff or any of the muses (Tiki gods, Lucille, Aura, Charlie, T. Bear, Voodoo Man, Mr. Bones)?
  • 6 of 16: Has any one of these individuals been particularly helpful to you during your explorations in the Resort?
  • 7 of 16: Someone perhaps who has provided you with information and advice from time to time?
  • 8 of 16: Both Salty and Isadora have been pretty helpful; you could try to get information about a key from one of them.
  • 9 of 16: Salty is a great source of information and (occasionally) moral support, but he is a little unpredictable in his approaches to you.
  • 10 of 16: And he doesn't stay around very long for you to ask him questions.
  • 11 of 16: Try Isadora.
  • 12 of 16: You will need to deposit coins in order to interact with her.
  • 13 of 16: Each coin you deposit will provide you with a certain amount of information; the more coins you can find or obtain, the more information you can receive.
  • 14 of 16: Perhaps if you give her enough coins, she might offer you some information about the key.
  • 15 of 16: You will need a total of 5 coins before you get what you need.
  • 16 of 16: After the fifth coin is deposited, Isadora will give you the key.
