Nine: The Last Resort Hints
Where can I find fuel?
of 17: There is fuel for the boiler available to you nearby.
of 17: The way to get at it is currently hidden.
of 17: If you examine the boiler, you will see one pipe leading into the bottom of the boiler, and another larger pipe exiting the boiler near the top.
of 17: The top pipe is where the steam will exit once the boiler is running.
of 17: Maybe the other pipe supplies the water for the boiler?
of 17: Or maybe it provides the fuel.
of 17: Follow the pipe to where it meets the wall.
of 17: Notice the record plaque above it?
of 17: Does something seem to be missing here?
of 17: Unlike all of the other plaques in the Lobby, this one does not have a gold record attached. Hmm, I wonder why?
of 17: You must find the missing gold record before you can get what you need for the boiler to work.
of 17: Have you explored the entire Lobby?
of 17: Have you been up the ladder to the right of the boiler yet?
of 17: Try it!
of 17: Those nasty Twins. Pick up the gold record and place it where it belongs.
of 17: The plaque will swing open and reveal the fuel intake valve. Turn it several times to the right to allow fuel to flow into the boiler.
of 17: When you have turned the valve wheel sufficiently, the record plaque will swing shut. You will not be able to reopen the plaque, but don't worry: you will not have to refuel the boiler again during the game.
