1 of 8: According to Ms. Shoto, he's in subterrania under the Cygnus building.
2 of 8: Outside of the Cygnus building, break off a piece of fence on the left side of the screen.
3 of 8: Pry up the manhole cover with it.
4 of 8: Climb down.
5 of 8: Open the furnace.
6 of 8: Pick up the broken chair (there are 3 pieces).
