How do I enter the building near the water?
1 of 7: You cannot enter this building if you didn't talk to the man hiding in the back of the church, back in the village.
2 of 7: If you didn't talk to the man, then don't worry. You do not need to enter here to complete the act, but there are many weapons in here that would be useful to you. You could restore a previously saved game from when you were in the village.
