2 of 9: Leave the pier and go down the main street. Head up the next street at the end and you will arrive in the alley that goes to the Waterworks Co. entrance.

Enter the building.
- How do I get into the Waterworks Co. building?
4 of 9: Search the building.
5 of 9: Go down the steps and try to open the door.
6 of 9: Icepick will do it for you once all the monsters are dead.
7 of 9: Go down the passage and enter the little room.
8 of 9: Open the cabinet and get the manhole key.
