What are the glowing floor levers in Argo Blacktooth's room for?
1 of 3: Try using them.
2 of 3: If you had listened carefully, you could have heard Argo using one of them as you approached his door.
3 of 3: They're magical levers that Argo could use to apply various bad effects to you when you entered if you had any of the goblins' green paint (from the "marker arrows" they shoot) still on you. Once Argo's dead, the levers are useless.
