How do I get into the temple?
1 of 7: Well, there's always the direct approach.
2 of 7: You could walk up and bash the temple door (and its two guards). That'll get you in.
3 of 7: But it'll also force you to deal with a powerful trap and several cultists who've been alerted to your presence and rush to attack you. Tough fighters can easily handle this, but others may want to try another way.
4 of 7: Talking to the human slaves, you'll learn that a ritual is always initiated by ringing the gong that's near the temple, and someone always gets taken inside at that time.
5 of 7: So go ring the gong and then volunteer yourself to serve Vix'thra when Sodalis and his guards come out. This way not only gets you 500 extra XP, but you also don't have to deal with the powerful trap inside.
6 of 7: BUG NOTE: Be sure to save your game in a non-quicksave slot before you enter the temple via either method. You may have to restore back to that save and redo things if the glitch happens that causes Sodalis to not be on level 3 where he should. It's a rare glitch, but it has happened.
