How can I defeat Sodalis?
1 of 6: He's a tough one, being a very high-level vampire wizard. He can even cast the Time Stop spell!
2 of 6: When you first open the door to his room, he'll cast Time Stop, summon some elementals, and run off. (He may also hit you with one of those Bigby's hand spells if you're in his line of sight.)
3 of 6: Your best strategy is to hold back in the entry area and let the elementals come to you.
4 of 6: Then wait until Sodalis teleports in right near you and start hacking on him.
5 of 6: His teleporting and running around can be very annoying, but stick with him as best you can (maybe using ranged attacks to avoid so much running around) until he's dead.
6 of 6: Be sure to loot his "remains" bag to find all kinds of useful things, including the key to the locked door on level 1.
