How can I get the ring reassembled?

• 1 of 11: This is the puzzle ring that the Sleeping Man told you about. It's been separated into three pieces so it can't be easily found and used by just any nitwit.
• 2 of 11: Examining the pieces, you'll see that each one is engraved with an initial.
• 3 of 11: Also, each one has a special unique power that you can use. Why don't you try that out?
• 4 of 11: Using any piece's unique power will bring up a dialogue window in which you can choose what order to try to combine the pieces in.
• 5 of 11: It's fairly easy to do since the ring won't let you put the pieces in the wrong order. However, it gives you a painful jolt every time you make a wrong choice, so you might want to save your game before experimenting.
• 6 of 11: Or look around for a clue as to what order the pieces go in.
• 7 of 11: Near the astral door that leads back to the temple, there's an altar with a prayer card on it.
• 8 of 11: Reading the prayer, you'll see that it mentions hope, faith, and love.
• 9 of 11: Perhaps that's what the H, F, and L engravings on the ring fragments mean!
• 10 of 11: Hope is mentioned first, so when you try to recombine the ring, choose the H piece first.
• 11 of 11: Then choose the F piece and finally the L piece. That'll get the ring fully reassembled and ready to wear.
