What should I do with the Fairy Sorceress?
1 of 5: After pounding her into submission, why not ask her about the orcs and the Undermountain?
2 of 5: Sooner or later, you'll need to decide what to do with her.
3 of 5: If you let her go, you'll get 500 XP.
4 of 5: If you kill her, you'll only get a few XP (depending on your level), but you'll be able to raid her body of several valuable items, including a Nymph Cloak +4, a Club of Smiting (a +1 club that has a DC-14 slay racial group check vs. constructs), a Periapt of Wisdom +3, and a random boss-level treasure item.
5 of 5: Unless you badly need the 500 XP, I'd definitely recommend going for the items. The Club of Smiting in particular will be useful in later chapters, which have many areas chock full of golems, minogons, and other constructs.
