Weird Note
1 of 4: Later in the game, screwy items called "The Jester's Mask" will appear in your inventory every time you talk to Momma Dane.
2 of 4: This begins after you gain 6 votes, which is more than you logically need to win the election (5 is over half of 9, so 5 votes guarantees a victory no matter how the other votes are distributed).
3 of 4: You may also get a mask when the election starts.
4 of 4: The masks don't appear to have any use or value, so you can drop them on the ground to free up inventory space.
