General Bastion Tips
1 of 3: You're not trapped in the bastion once you enter. You can always go back outside and return to the keep to buy more stuff (though note that you can forget about LaVelisi in the temple healing you anymore).
2 of 3: You can rest inside the bastion if there are no enemies right nearby, so it's not necessary to leave just to rest and heal.
3 of 3: If you have Calibast or Jaboli with you, you can get a powerful magic artifact from them by going east and then north from the bastion's entry room. Be sure to do that before you go off to do other things.
