Neverwinter Nights: Kingmaker Hints
Invaders in the Keep
of 11: To get this quest, enter the prison tower that's east of the Guildhall in North Cyan and talk to Dylan Ogder.
of 11: After agreeing to help him finish off the rioting prisoners' hobgoblin leader, raid the nearby armor stand and weapon racks of all their contents. (The items you don't use can be sold later.)
of 11: When you're ready, go through the NW door to get to the prison dungeon area.
of 11: Skip by the locked door that's just east of the dungeon exit and head on down the corridors, fighting orcs and kobolds as you go, until you make it to the hobgoblin taskmaster's room in the SE corner of the dungeon.
of 11: Loot the taskmaster's body for magic stuff after you kill him, then make your way out of the dungeon.
of 11: TIP: Go west and then north instead of going back the way you came so that you can loot all the areas you haven't been through yet.
of 11: The west-and-then-north route will take you to the other side of the locked door that you had to skip earlier.
of 11: You can open it now to get to the exit that leads back to the prison tower.
of 11: Near that formerly locked door is the cell of a special prisoner named Stiletto. Releasing him is part of the Thieves' Guild vote quest, so see its hints if you want to release him now (which is okay even if you haven't started on the Thieves' Guild vote quest yet).
of 11: NOTE: If you have Trip with you, he'll give you a Ring of Protection +2 that he found in the dungeon when you exit to the prison tower.
of 11: Report to Dylan Ogder to get 500 XP and finish the quest.
