How should I handle this?
1 of 7: You can tell him the truth about Kara's location or lie -- it doesn't really matter.
2 of 7: After he and his men walk off and fade, go to Kara's room in the tavern.
3 of 7: You'll find Ghasaran and his men already there if you told them where to find Kara. (Otherwise, they'll show up when you tell Kara about them.)
4 of 7: No matter what dialogue options you choose, they'll close and bar the room door and attack.
5 of 7: NOTE: If you didn't get the bloodstone from Kara earlier, she'll be able to cast a spell that will greatly damage all three of the red-clad fiends.
6 of 7: After they're dead, search Ghasaran's body to find an enchanted tower shield and a magic flail called Doombringer.
7 of 7: Talk to Kara one last time, and she'll decide to run off and hide for awhile.
