Now where can I find my father to warn him of these latest developments?

  • 1 of 8: He told you earlier that he'd be having a possibly dangerous meeting at your family estate.
  • 2 of 8: That must be how he's meant to be killed!
  • 3 of 8: Leave the Imperial Grand Hall (at which point Markius will leave you), then head over to the Market District if you need to have any of your recently acquired magic items identified so you can use them.
  • 4 of 8: TIP: The Amulet of the Veil that you can get off Chancellor Varhun's body is particularly cool since it gives you a spell resistance of 10 besides a +1 to AC.
  • 5 of 8: When you're ready, enter the Imperial Estate area via the gate near the SE end of the Imperial District.
  • 6 of 8: As you approach the mansion's front doors, the place will be blown up, and the Crimson Prophet will appear.
  • 7 of 8: After you hear the prophet order your death, you'll wake up and be saved by the ever-handy Markius Albright.
  • 8 of 8: After you help him kill off the Crimson Followers, you'll be at the beginning of the final stage of the module: Escaping the City.
