Neverwinter Nights: Shadows of Undrentide Hints
I hear there are new henchmen capabilities. What are they?
1 of 4: One of them is the ability to view and manipulate a henchman's inventory. To do so, right-click on the henchman or his portrait, choose "More Actions", then choose "Inventory." (Or talk to him and choose the first dialogue option on the changing tactics list.) You can then press "I" as usual to bring up your own inventory to do a little friendly exchange.
2 of 4: This is especially useful if you've imported a level-20 character from the end of the NWN campaign who's loaded with lots of cool artifact gear. You can make your henchman much more effective by giving him some souped-up weapons and armor of a type that he can use.
3 of 4: You can also get your henchmen to train up in new classes instead of just the one they start out as. Talk to a henchman about stopping and talking for a moment, then choose to talk about his training.
4 of 4: For more details, see the game's SOUREADME.TXT file. What it says on page 4 of the manual about the file being under "Neverwinter Nights" on the Program menu is wrong, so you'll have to use Windows Explorer and find the file in the directory the manual directs you to.
