How can I get my henchman back? Do I still have a choice of henchmen?
1 of 2: There's no choice, but you can get the henchman who was petrified with you back by finding him in Ashtara's room and de-stoning him.
2 of 2: If you can't cast the Stone to Flesh spell and didn't get the Ointment of Stone to Flesh from the ruins, you'll have to buy a Stone to Flesh scroll from Ashtara for about fifteen grand and use it on your henchman. (He'd better be worth it!)
