How can I open the big north doors in the gnoll chieftain's area?
1 of 7: You'll have to get the key.
2 of 7: Only the gnoll chieftain himself has such a key, so try talking to him about it.
3 of 7: NOTE: If he has his warriors attack you, then wound him to get him to surrender and talk.
4 of 7: Strike a deal with him in which you promise to kill J'Nah in exchange for his help in the battle against her and her minions.
5 of 7: He'll say that if you free any more prisoners, kill any more gnolls, or take any more of the gnolls' stuff, the deal is off. He means it, too, though his dialogue options won't change if you do any of those things. He just may not show up when you fight J'Nah. (Also, he and his men may turn hostile and attack if you boldly steal something from the containers near them.)
6 of 7: As part of the deal, he'll give you the key you're after, so go through the big north doors to find the way down into the ruins beneath the gnoll cave.
7 of 7: NOTE: You don't *have* to make a deal with the gnolls. You could just kill them all if you can handle the battle. If you do, you'll get the key you need from the gnoll chieftain's remains, plus a magic halberd called Flesh Ripper, Boots of the Sun Soul +1, and an Amulet of Cold Resistance.
