1 of 2: You can use healing kits or spells on the three badly wounded halflings in Katriana's caravan to heal them and get some XP.
2 of 2: Torias, who's with the same caravan, sells stuff, including the Chain of Stealth (good for rogues) and several portions of Dust of Disappearance (used to get Improved Invisibility).
