How can I defeat J'Nah in combat?
1 of 5: Tymofarrar the white dragon has a special flask of powder that can disrupt J'Nah's spellcasting ability and make the battle with her much easier. If you haven't gotten it from him, you may want to go do so. (See the "Nether Mountains" region hints for details.)
2 of 5: Drink your Potion of Resistance to Elements right before speaking to J'Nah so that you'll be protected from elemental attacks when the battle starts.
3 of 5: Then, while talking to her, bring up your inventory screen and use the unique power of the flask of powder. Rotate the view if you have to, then click the targeting cursor on J'Nah.
4 of 5: That will immediately end conversation and start battle, so hit J'Nah as hard and as quickly as you can. Once she goes down, her minions should be fairly easy to finish off.
5 of 5: NOTE: If you're not a heavy melee fighter, you could stand back and toss the powder on J'Nah from a distance. You could have your henchman and a summoned creature between you and J'Nah, with your role being to fire spells and/or arrows at her. It also really helps if you made a deal with the gnoll chieftain earlier and didn't violate his strict conditions.
