1 of 3: This ring makes you immune to disease.
2 of 3: Put one quartz crystal and one portion of green spores on the grinder.
3 of 3: You can find some green spores in a crate in the old farmhouse in the Hilltop East area. (Watch out, as the crate will try to disease you when you open it. Try bashing it to avoid the disease.)
