1 of 4: This creature is in a cell starting the second time you visit the Plane of Sorrows.
2 of 4: You won't get anything useful when you "talk" to it, so just ignore it for now.
3 of 4: When you come back to the plane the third time, the new guy will indicate that the elkenbeast is important somehow.
