1 of 4: First, you have to get into the house.
2 of 4: To do that, pick the lock on the front door (the one on the south side of the house), or just bash it down.
3 of 4: Once you're inside, kill the pirates that attack, then head upstairs.
4 of 4: After killing the tough Bloodsailor Lieutenant, you need to get through a locked and trapped door and then open a locked and trapped chest to get the key.
