2 of 7: As before, there's lots of optional battle and plunder, but all you need to do is make your way to the room in the NW corner.
3 of 7: There, you'll have to fight Kurdan Fenkt, a very tough barbarian wielding a double axe.
4 of 7: Daelan Red Tiger, who is also a powerful double-axe-wielding barbarian, is the ideal henchman for this situation. Try to get Fenkt to concentrate on Daelan while you hack at him unmolested. (And have plenty of healing potions on the main quickbar in case Fenkt takes a few swipes at you.)
5 of 7: Once you manage to bring Fenkt near death, he'll surrender and be willing to talk to you. Quiz him to learn more of what the Head Gaoler has been doing recently.
6 of 7: NOTE: If you kill Fenkt, your alignment will shift toward the evil side, but you'll get a *lot* of valuable XP.
7 of 7: The Head Gaoler, in case you didn't notice, ran through the door in Fenkt's room right before the battle, so follow him into the Lair of the Devourer to corner him at last.
