Trouble in No-Man's-Land
1 of 6: Talk to Cendran, who's standing near the gate leading back to the City Core, to get this quest.
2 of 6: He wants you to kill that lummox Loxar, who's apparently responsible for the local devastation.
3 of 6: You'll find Loxar inside the wrecked tower that's about halfway along the street that winds its way north to the Blacklake District gate.
4 of 6: Loxar is a tough barbarian, so be sure to bring your own tough barbarian (Daelan Red Tiger), or at least use potions and spells to buff up yourself and your henchman so that you'll stand a chance.
5 of 6: After Loxar's down, loot his remains bag to find his severed head.
6 of 6: Take it and give it to Cendran to prove that the deed was properly done.
