What do I do on the Host Tower's roof?
1 of 5: You've already found written evidence of Aribeth's betrayal, but you need to see with your own eyes that she's joining forces with the evil cult.
2 of 5: Approach the unopenable gate and witness Aribeth swearing allegiance to Maugrim and his mistress, Morag.
3 of 5: When Morag sees you, she, Maugrim, and Aribeth will teleport quickly to safety, and the gate will open, releasing lots of lizard guys, including a level 16 ranger named Gorgoth. (If this doesn't ever happen, even when you click the talk cursor repeatedly on Morag, then read the following question.)
4 of 5: Killing all of them is strictly optional, and you can run away or use the Stone of Recall to avoid combat.
5 of 5: Another optional thing here is to descend the stairs in the middle of the area to enter Maugrim's little lair area. It has a tough stone golem and a journal in a desk.
