1 of 6: Both doors are locked and unopenable.
2 of 6: You need to get the key.
3 of 6: Why not talk to a resident archaeologist?
4 of 6: The one named Jax, who's standing around next to the barracks building, is the one you want.
5 of 6: To get the key to the barracks, talk to Jax until he gives you a quest.
6 of 6: Once you have the quest, you'll get the key, and can explore the barracks.
