Neverwinter Nights Hints

So I'm a new Academy graduate, almost. How do I finish up?

• 1 of 8: Go around and talk to everyone in the area.
• 2 of 8: In the Senior Barracks, where you start the game, are two guys who can give you a bit of information and the start of a multi-part game tutorial.
• 3 of 8: Also, there's a container in each of the three bedrooms that you can raid for a few items.
• 4 of 8: After talking to Pavel and Bim, move on to the Training Halls region, where you'll find a bunch more people to talk to and containers to raid.
• 5 of 8: Be sure and go through all the tutorials that people offer you. Sure, all of that information is in the 200-page instruction manual, but very few players take the time to memorize all of that before starting the game.
• 6 of 8: Also be sure to check out Olgerd's store. There may be something you want to buy. Also, sell him everything you find in the area that you don't want to keep. (If you've got version 1.10 of the game, you can buy the paladin's tunic for 0 gold and sell it back for 1 gold. Not a very good unlimited money gimmick, but you can do it enough times to afford a few extra supplies from Olgerd.)
• 7 of 8: And don't neglect to find the area that gives you your final test in whatever basic combat style your character specializes in.
• 8 of 8: Talk to everyone there and perform their little tests to complete the first portion of the "Academy Training" quest.
