Where is the lever of water?
1 of 7: It's in the possession of a cool ghoul.
2 of 7: He's in the main sewer area.
3 of 7: Look in the SW section of the sewer to find him standing in the middle of an unlocked room.
4 of 7: Talk to him to learn that the ghoul lord in the SE corner of the sewers has his amulet.
5 of 7: Go kill that lordly ghoul and get the amulet.
6 of 7: Give the amulet to the outcast ghoul to get the lever of water and a useful key.
7 of 7: Note that when you return the amulet to the ghoul outcast, you have three options. You can be satisfied with the lever and key, you can demand a better reward to get more gold, or you can attack the ghoul to get the amulet back. (Note, however, that the amulet will disappear when you start Chapter 3, and you can't sell it for anything, so it's probably not a good option, even for wizards.)
