Investigate the Elk Tribe

  • 1 of 10: Talk to Yusam the druid at his grove near the Black Lion Tribe hangout for this quest.
  • 2 of 10: He's wondering why the Elk Tribe has joined Luskan and is laying siege to nearby Ft. Ilkard.
  • 3 of 10: Go to Ft. Ilkard and see if you can find out.
  • 4 of 10: Once inside the fort, talk to Damas in the commander's lodge to get started on a subquest called "The Siege of Fort Ilkard."
  • 5 of 10: Whether you decide to side with Damas or Zokan (the Elk Tribe leader), you should do the first two parts of Damas' siege quest.
  • 6 of 10: As for the third part, it requires you to kill Zokan and deliver his head. Maybe you should talk to Zokan about that.
  • 7 of 10: Zokan is in the central room inside the Uthgardt fort, which is in the homestead area.
  • 8 of 10: You can either fight your way into the fort and kill Zokan like Damas says to, or you can try to find a way to negotiate peacefully with Zokan and put a stop to all the bloodshed.
  • 9 of 10: If you can handle a powerful level 16 barbarian, then go ahead and kill Zokan and take his head and ceremonial spear (which is needed for a henchman quest). You can then report success to Damas.
  • 10 of 10: Either way, return to Yusam in the end and report to him to finish up the quest.
