About the Henchman Quests
1 of 7: Each henchman in the game has a quest that he'll give you after you hire him.
2 of 7: He also gives you an item when you first hire him, but that has nothing to do with the quest. Just keep it so you can drop him and then later take him back on without paying him again.
3 of 7: To get the actual quest from a henchman, you need to talk to him about himself and his story three times (while he's in your party).
4 of 7: Unfortunately, you have to be level 5 to get the second part of the story, and level 6 to get the third part.
5 of 7: Once you get the third part, you'll know what item you need to find and give to the henchman to complete his quest.
6 of 7: When you get the item, rehire the henchman long enough to talk to him about his story again and hand the item over.
7 of 7: You'll get a neat piece of equipment from a henchman when you finish his quest, so be sure to do all six of them, even those for henchmen you never want to have follow you around on other quests.
