1 of 4: Grimgnaw wants a specially-enchanted weapon that was made for promotion-via-assassination within his order. Get it for him to have your Amulet of the Long Death +3 replaced with an Amulet of the Silent Lord +4.
2 of 4: The weapon is currently in the treasure horde of an orc camp.
3 of 4: Check out the one in the SE section of the Coldwood.
4 of 4: In Vaath's little SE corner area, you'll find the dagger that Grimgnaw needs in a chest.
