1 of 2: He has several interesting magic items, including the Imaskari Bracers of Immortality (Constitution +8 and Regeneration +2), the Shield of the Magi (+6 light shield that gives bonus spell slots), and the Naught Katana (+6 katana that does bonus negative energy damage).
2 of 2: If you want the Shield of the Magi, you don't have to pay for it. Instead, wait until after you kill off the Slumbering Coven (if you choose to do that), since Omaga will then be hostile to you, and you can get the shield from his remains.
