Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer Hints

The Sleeper

  • 1 of 11: You can get this quest while working on the "Lost in the Skein" quest.
  • 2 of 11: After you enter the Skein, make your way to the north central room where the Sleeper and her followers are.
  • 3 of 11: Click on the Sleeper and talk with Gann about her to get this quest put in your journal.
  • 4 of 11: There won't be anything you can do with the Sleeper at first except kill her and her followers, and that's not the best solution.
  • 5 of 11: TIP: It's okay to antagonize and kill her followers by using provoking dialogue options with them. That won't stop you from helping the Sleeper later on.
  • 6 of 11: You'll be able to make more progress on this quest after you finish with Gulk'aush, if you got to her by restoring the Imaskari devices instead of killing the primal earth elemental.
  • 7 of 11: Right after you kill Gulk'aush or let her flee, you'll get the Dream Haunting feat.
  • 8 of 11: Go back to the Sleeper's room and click on her to see what new option you have.
  • 9 of 11: Choose the Dream Haunting option in order travel to a tiny dreamscape area and speak to the Sleeper.
  • 10 of 11: She'll say that destroying the Coven is the only way to free her without killing her.
  • 11 of 11: You can't kill the Coven until the beginning of Part 3, so wait until then to finish up this quest.
