The Betrayer's Crusade
1 of 3: You get this quest by finding a certain book while on the "Escape the Barrow" quest.
2 of 3: It's called "The City of Judgment," and it's in a scroll pile in the Lower Barrow area, near the NE corner.
3 of 3: You can't do any more on this quest until you get access to the northern half of Mulsantir, which won't happen until Part 3 of this act.
