Mindflayer
1 of 5: Move forward in the area you appear in and talk to Gud-bugh-ach.
2 of 5: Say you're there to rescue him, then lead him through the mine rooms toward the exit in the NW corner.
3 of 5: There are githyanki patrolling the area, and you don't want them chasing off your illithid follower. (If they do, you'll find him back in the starting room to the SE.)
4 of 5: If you quickly go west as far as you can from the starting room and then north, you should reach the exit without the illithid running off.
5 of 5: You'll get 2500 XP, and can use the dreamscape portal to return to the prison chamber.
