1 of 3: Before you click on one of the coven hags, free the last of the three imprisoned guys for some more XP and a special dream weapon.
2 of 3: Equip the dream weapon, then right-click on it and activate its special property to get it to transform into one of several different types of weapon that you can use.
3 of 3: You can only transform the dream weapon once, so choose carefully.
