Optional Spirits
1 of 2: If you want to beat up on some elemental spirits to get spirit energy and/or some essences, go down the west hallway and use the teleporter.
2 of 2: When you're through in there, use the teleporter in the room to get back to the hallway so you can return to the Myrkulite room.
